Delivery
Our delivery times are typically between 1 to 5 days. However, during peak seasons such as Christmas or Black Friday, these times may be extended. During these periods, orders can take up to 15 days for delivery.
Once your order is finalized on our website, processing and shipping usually take 24 to 48 hours. However, during peak seasons like Christmas or Black Friday, these times may be extended. During these periods, packages may take up to 7 days to be shipped.
Most of our parcels are shipped via DHL. However, depending on the available delivery times, we may use other carriers to provide you with faster delivery.
Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are excluded from the order preparation and delivery timelines.
If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to modify your shipping address. However, we cannot guarantee an address change if your request is made more than 5 minutes after completing your order.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number. If you haven’t received it within 7 days of your order, please check your spam folder. If you still cannot find the shipping confirmation email, please contact us here.
Returns & Exchanges
To return or exchange an item, it must be in its original condition, with packaging and labels intact. The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
For a return, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. For an exchange, both the return shipping costs and the shipping costs for the new item are also the responsibility of the buyer.
To request a return or exchange, first ensure that you meet the necessary conditions, then contact us here to submit your request.
Once your return or exchange request has been approved by our team, you will receive the return instructions via email.
Refund
To receive a refund, you must meet the same conditions as for a return. You can review these conditions above. Please note that if you received a defective item, it will be replaced rather than refunded. Promotional items are not refundable.
Discounted items, items on promotion, or any order placed with a promo code are non-refundable.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 days. After that, it may take up to 15 days to appear on your bank statement, with an average processing time of 2 to 5 days.
Parcel Tracking
To get your tracking number, check your shipping confirmation email.
To track your package, have your tracking number ready and go to our package tracking page.
In some cases, it may take up to 5 days for your tracking number to be activated by the carrier. It’s possible that the tracking number will only be activated at the time of delivery.
If the tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you haven’t received it, visit the nearest post office where the package was likely dropped off. We also recommend checking with your neighbors to see if they received your package. If none of these options work, contact the post office by phone for more information about your package.
