Returns
Our return policy is 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since the delivery of your order, we unfortunately cannot offer a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the sender.
In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a store credit to order the item of your choice in exchange.
